Home Inspections
We provide comprehensive limited visual home inspections in accordance with the standards of practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors. The inspection consists of a visual observation of the major systems of the home, documented in writing containing digital images of any encountered deficiencies. Statements of the condition of the systems and conditions of individual components are also evaluated.
Windstorm Mitigation
As State of Florida Certified Building Inspectors and General Contractors, we are qualified and certified to perform this inspection, which assist the residential and commercial owner substantially lowering their Windstorm Insurance premium.
Shutter Verification
Verification that the structure is protected by hurricane protection devices approved by the County to obtain a reduction of the Windstorm Insurance premium.
4 Point Inspections
Required by insurance companies as a prerequisite to writing a policy on certain buildings. This inspection addresses the condition of the electrical, roofing, plumbing and mechanical systems of the house.
Construction Progress
We will perform an evaluation of the construction progress to determine the percentage of completion of the project. We will review the application for payment and modify any request that cannot be justified.
Occupancy Verification
We will visit the property, obtain the required information and report our findings in a timely manner.
